Sandra was truly incredible from the day we met to the week following the wedding. Her and her team are friendly, professional, helpful and know how to execute a basic brief into a creative masterpiece. We first met Sandra at a wedding show when we were enchanted by her show pieces. The creativity and range she shows with the various themes was wonderful. After a great first discussion we bought into who she was as a person and whole heartedly trusted her through out the process. She listened intently to our vision and she couldn't have done a more incredible job on the day. Having someone take the stress out of setting up and packing down the following day made such a huge difference and allowed me to truly enjoy every second. We even had a vase break thanks to a clumsy groomsman and the cost for replacement was beyond fair. All communications was dealt with in a respectful and upfront way so no misinterpretation about the scenario could be made. I loved how easy and clear this was made to us in a positive way. I'll be forever grateful to Sandra and their team for all the hardwork and effort that went in my day and I'm truly blessed to have been able to work with them.

Me and my husband hired Sandra and her team to do our wedding. Right from the start Sandra was lovely and amazing. Nothing was a problem and communication between us both was really good. She made our wedding day look beautiful and did everything we asked for and more. She put me at ease on things I was worried about and made us as a couple very relaxed. Sandra and her team had everything perfect on the day. Everything was beautifully done and would definitely recommend fabulous functions. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Where do I start! Sandra is such a lovely soul and I hand on heart can say there are very few people I have met who are as good at their job as she is. She is professional, responsive, very helpful and always willing to cater to your needs whatever they may be. I hired Sandra to carry out some decoration for an anniversary event I was having, and she came in and completely transformed the place and made everything so beautiful and exactly to the theme requested - everyone who saw it commented on how stunning the venue looked. Sandra was just amazing. When I met up with Sandra to discuss our wedding she listened to what my ideas were and gave suggestions to help me decide what would look the best. Sandra took all the stress away from me which was great. Everything was just perfect and so many people commented on the beautiful flower arrangements. I highly recommend Sandra she’s such a talented lady.

From the very first moment I spoke to Sandra, she put me at ease straight away. We had a fairly intimate wedding and shared our ideas with her in a face to face meeting and then we received everything in writing. Extremely professional. Communication has been great throughout. On the day itself I didn't see Sandra but when we saw how much the function room had been transformed, we were blown away. It looked stunning. The beautiful floral displays, the hired furniture and the setting up of the buffet table. We would highly recommend Sandra and the team at Fabulous Functions and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. If you are getting married anytime soon or in the future, you have to use UK Fabulous Functions! I got married in July 2022, and my husband and I had a lot to sort out, deco’s and flowers being the one. Wedding decorations, the set up etc is the biggest part of your dream day, and Sandra the CEO and her awesome team, came through for us. We had a few meetings at the Mandarin Oriental where our wedding reception was to take place, and a few zoom meetings. Sandra gave me with the most elegant ideas and suggestions, fit for a beautiful venue such as ours. Sandra's demeanour really put me at ease and if I did have any stress (as most brides to be do) she relieved that for me! I put my 100% trust into UK Fabulous Functions and allowed them to go with the flow on any previous ideas and discussions. They got me in touch with my flower supplier too, who did a wonderful job, if any of you are interested her name is Nicole and her business name is The Floral Studio Purton. Sandra and Nicole worked together on the theme and ideas seamlessly. When my husband and I walked into the ballroom, at The Mandarin Oriental, we were completely blown away by how beautiful it all looked, it was perfect to a T! The decorations fell perfectly into place with the ballroom which is already very ornate, and I had the stunning candelabra I wanted on the main table! Thankyou! I was really on cloud 9. From the outdoor fairy lights to the indoor candles with the florals, it was just SIMPLY STUNNING. They also worked with my cake baker Suzanne form Pat-a-Cake-Parties, to make sure the table was the right fit to hold the cake. Therefore, firstly I would highly recommend UK Fabulous Functions and secondly would like to say a very BIG thankyou to this family run business! We couldn’t be more grateful to them for bringing it all together for us, we loved every bit of our big day and would do it all over again! Thanks, sooo much to the whole team! Sandra and her team decorated the village hall for our wedding day. We met with Sandra in the hall a few months before and she made some great suggestions. Sandra organised the delivery of tables and chairs to replace the drab village hall ones. She brought pretty white net curtains to hang down the columns in the hall and hide some of the less pretty parts of it. We were just so happy with everything Sandra and her team did and they were so easy to get on with and friendly. 100% recommend! (I did the balloon arch in the second photo, i'm sure it would have been much better if i'd asked Sandra to do it!! 😀 )

Sandra and her team have been an absolute dream to work with. Sandra was so personable, enthusiastic, insightful, supportive and reliable. I felt so fortunate to have found her to help us put our wedding plans in place. You need Sandra and her team there on your wedding day to make your day special. Thank you for everything you did! Sandra and the team were very responsive in communications and were always making sure that we had all the information needed and very accommodating. She spent time on delivery showing us how to do our chair covers so they look perfect and made sure we were happy before she left. All of our guests commented about how lovely the chair covers looked (and even the owner of the venue mentioned they were the best she had ever seen). We would recommend Sandra and the team to anyone looking for table and chair covers.

Flower wall looked amazing and made for a great back drop for photos in the evening and the top table during the day. Lots of comments about how beautiful the flower wall was. Far exceeded my expectations of what it would be like. The service was great with set up and take down at the times agreed. Would definitely recommend Sandra and her team.

Flower wall was hired for my sisters bridal shower. What can I say Sandy was incredibly helpful and very professional. Easy to contact her via email, she was very quick to reply to any questions/queries that I had. Payment and getting my deposit back was very straightforward. Sandy arrived on time to set up, she even sent me pictures of the set up as I couldn’t be at the venue when she had arrived to set up. The flower was beautiful, she had two colour options to choose from. The flower wall was used though out the day for family/group photos. I’d definitely recommend this company to friends and family. Thank you Sandy for all your hard work you made the day perfect for us.

Fabulous Functions created the most FABULOUS flower arch for a Jean Paul Gaultier pop up at an influencer event in Covent Garden with The Fragrance Shop. They created exactly what I needed, taking the colors from the visuals for the flowers. The execution was also FABULOUS as they arrive to the event ahead of the day to set up returned the day after to de-rig leaving not a single trace of a flower - super efficient team! Lovely people to work with, could not recommend them enough for any kind of event, corporate or personal. Thank you Fabulous Functions!

My husband and I cannot thank the Fabulous Functions team enough. Our original wedding date was meant to be in April and we sadly had to postpone due to Covid. We managed to re-serve our notice of marriage and get a new wedding date for August which we were thrilled about. We approached Sandra to style our intimate wedding reception and also to create flowers for the bridal party and groomsmen. Within a matter of weeks, Sandra had created a beautiful vision for our celebration and we were beyond impressed. Even with the continued uncertainty regarding weddings, Sandra was very supportive and willing to adapt should our plans have changed. Thankfully we managed to have our amazing wedding and reception with our close family and friends. The professional and personal touches that went into our wedding were just perfect, we couldn't have asked for a better day. We booked a flower wall through fabulous functions, for our wedding day at Leigh Park hotel, Bradford on Avon yesterday (26.7.19) Sandra was so incredibly helpful from start to finish. She helped me with any queries, and made everything so easy- which is lovely when wedding planning is such a stressful process at times, Sandra was a breath of fresh air. The flower wall was delivered and picked up promptly. And it looked more beautiful than we ever imagined. It looked incredible, and really added a special something to the room. The photographer and videographer both commented on how it created incredible footage for the speeches, and looked amazing in the background of the shots. I really can’t thank Sandra and the team at Fabulous functions enough for all their help, and for providing the flower wall which added such a special touch to our day.
